Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay remains in the lead for the Vice Presidential race, Senator Mar Roxas 2nd. Some local officials were already proclaimed in Baguio City, Mauricio Domogan won in the Mayoralty race, Atty. Daniel Farinas as Vice Mayor ; for  Manila, incumbent Mayor Alfredo Lim &Vice Mayor Isko Moreno was proclaimed; Quezon City-Mayor Herbert Bautista, Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte, Guia Gomez  in San Jaun.  For Congressional seats: For Baguio City, Engr. Bernardo Vergara, Manila- Amado Bagatsing. Gina De Venecia-Pangasinan; Lucy Torres Gomez for Leyte;Lani Mercado-Cavite, Sonny Belmonte for Quezon City; Imelda Romualdez Marcos-Ilocos Norte; JV Ejercito for San Juan. As the Canvassing  continues--a new addition to the Senate in the person of Bong-Bong Marcos came in--- as a refreshing change for the 15th Congress that is dubbed as "star studded". While experts worry about the fate of  legislation in the Country where movie stars raked most of the seats in Government (in the local & national races) Political Analysts say it's a "wait and see" game---maybe in the First 100 days of  the new Administration.
